1204-14 reference. The manufacturer publishes a 14 in cut, 8.5 in wheels, and 19 lb weight, but no grip or tube dimensions. The 127 × 22.2 mm default is a photo-based 5 in grip / common 7⁄8 in tube estimate—not a manufacturer specification. Measure the bare tube and usable straight length first.

Assembly. The rigid body is one connected watertight solid: two evenly inset screw stations pass through enlarged clamp lugs (screw bosses) fused into the C-shell, with no floating ears or unsupported outer bosses. Print the body vertically on a handle end with supports disabled. Print the continuous TPU ribbons flat, then wrap them into the projected diamond grooves; the 3 mm-deep grooves are true projections of the TPU centerlines, undersized slightly for a snug press fit, and the matching fence stop before the outer edge of each rigid clamp rail using its generated depth, TPU fit tolerance, and two nozzle widths; the validator requires a nozzle-safe embedded seat and a visibly proud TPU grip above the rigid body. Install inserts with a temperature-controlled iron; tighten evenly. This repair is not manufacturer-approved.

OpenSCAD export. The SCAD is an explicit parameterized clamp-body model with the open slot, circular passages/recesses, true hex pocket, and integrated web union. The generated 3MF/STLs remain authoritative for the smooth developed groove, vertical body placement, and clipped TPU mesh; the SCAD header states this boundary rather than claiming triangle parity.
