Story time: Sometimes changing the rules helps you win the game.

I have a lot of family that are from a dot-on-the-map. A prime minster (PM) there won by fluke and his next election was nearing. People voted mostly based on race and he was the clear minority. Sterilizing racism takes decades through education so that’s out. Platform won’t play a significant role either. 

So how did he win?

He changed the immigration policy.
